How Do JUJU Designs Come to Life?
Everything starts with the inspiring drawings of our brand's co-founder and designer Caner Çöllü. These designs, nourished by nature, urban spirit and timeless aesthetics, are first transferred to paper and then to 3D modeling programs. The transferred models are prepared in a digital environment in accordance with the mold and molds are taken for the casting phase.
The pieces coming out of the casting are expertly cleaned and processed. During this process, it is decided which product group each piece belongs to. At this stage, the pieces are carefully prepared. Then, the pieces are sent to the relevant teams, for example, if it is an enamel product, it is sent to the enamel team, if it is stoned, it is sent to the stone application team. After the prepared pieces are sent to the design team, various combination tests are made to find the best form and the design takes its final form. Then, each piece is carefully assembled in our workshop, where the majority of the members are women. Since every product at JUJU is prepared upon order, the process is always personalized. This is exactly why every JUJU piece completes the story it carries with you.
Product Quality Control and Personalized Order Process at JUJU
Once the production process is complete, each JUJU is sent to our quality control team for a detailed inspection. Here, order notes are meticulously checked, individual details of the products are verified, and each piece is unique.
During the packaging phase, notes written specifically for the order are added to the eco-friendly packaging. Thus, each JUJU reaches its new owner not only as a piece of jewelry but also as an elegant memory. Since all products are made to order, no stock is kept. This means that each piece of jewelry is completely personalized, brand new and produced for you.
